1. Privacy Policy

We collect personal information for registration, accommodation, transport, and government compliance purposes. Data is securely stored and not shared except with authorized partners, organizers, or government authorities. Participants can request access, correction, or deletion of their data.

2. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Marathon registration fees are non-refundable. Homestay and transport bookings may have partial refunds if cancelled within permitted timeframes. Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days. Organizers may cancel or reschedule due to natural calamities, safety concerns, or government restrictions.

3. Booking Policy

All bookings must be made through the website using the official payment gateway. Bookings are confirmed only after payment success. Participants must provide accurate personal, medical, and travel information. Bookings are non-transferable unless explicitly allowed.

4. Code of Conduct

Participants must follow event rules, directions of officials, and local regulations. Alcohol, drugs, or prohibited substances are strictly forbidden. Misconduct may result in disqualification or removal without refund.

5. Health & Safety Policy

Participation requires good physical fitness. Participants are responsible for medical readiness. Organizers provide emergency medical support but are not liable for injuries or illness.

6. Payment Policy

Payments are collected via secure gateways. Prices include applicable GST. Users are responsible for any bank or transaction charges. Failed transactions will not confirm bookings.

7. Cancellation by Organizer

Organizers may postpone, reschedule, or cancel events for safety, weather, or government reasons. Refunds, if any, will be processed as per official communication.

8. Data Retention Policy

Personal information is retained as long as necessary for services, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. After obligations are completed, data may be anonymized or securely deleted.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and graphics are owned or licensed by PahadiX Solutions Pvt. Ltd.. Unauthorized use or distribution is prohibited.

11. Governing Law

These policies are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
